Morgan County Learning Center

Located in McConnelsville at 4277 N. State Route 376 NW in the Health Department building on the second floor. Parking is available in the back or on the side of the building. The center has college information and financial information on 7 area colleges and universities: Hocking College, Marietta College, Ohio University- Athens & Zanesville Washington State Community College, Zane State and the Ohio Learning Network (OLN)

Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE)

Morgan County ABLE center is located in McConnelsville at the Riecker Building on the 3rd floor across from the One Stop. The ABLE center is open on Monday & Wednesday’s from 9:00am-12:00pm. No registration is necessary, just show up for the class.
